14-day money-back guarantee
All Pickle Captain products are digital downloads (spreadsheets and printable PDFs). If a product doesn’t work for you, or isn’t what you expected, email info@picklecaptain.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we’ll refund you in full. No long forms.
How refunds are processed
Purchases on picklecaptain.com are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy; it usually takes 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
Purchases made on Etsy follow Etsy’s own process: message us through Etsy and we’ll take care of it.
Problems with a file?
Before asking for a refund, feel free to write to us: most issues (a file that won’t open, a spreadsheet that needs to be copied to your Google Drive first) are fixed in a few minutes.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
